Returns Policy

All Vibe Crew products are made to order and fulfilled through our printing partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed, we can only accept returns or replacements if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as returns must be approved and processed through our Printful system.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping

We currently offer FREE shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders. All products are printed and shipped directly from Printful’s UK or EU fulfilment centers to ensure fast delivery.

We do not ship internationally. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses at this time.

Delivery times vary by location and product type, but most orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Order Cancellations

Because all Vibe Crew items are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee adjustments, we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet started.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@vibecrew.co.uk and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Refund Exceptions

As all Vibe Crew products are printed to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colour preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size and product details before completing your purchase.

Refunds and replacements will only be provided in cases of product damage, print error, or delivery of the wrong item. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives a high-quality product and great experience.
